The last thing you want to do is be in harms way while out of ammo. This happened to me when multiple intruders entered our home. Trying to protect my wife and two young children, I had one mag to work with against an unknown number of intruders. Luckily we escaped the situation physically unharmed, but mentally...it took a toll on me. So much so that I created this product to make sure no one ever has to go through a situation like this without extra mags. Extra mags means extra time to hold off a threat.
